The Birthday was on 1st September, order was placed at 6.00am online, unfortunately did not arrive that day and was very upset as it took away the surprise and excitement factor. Poor service.
I placed another order with another florist in Broadmeadows on Samet day and around 6.30am, to my other twin daughter whom lives separately, and surprisingly it was delivered to her on the 1st September.
Not a happy customer at all.
