Delivery Information:

 

Flower Delivery Time (Except Public Holidays):

Home deliveries are usually made between 10am and 7pm (Mon-Sun). Deliveries to business addresses can be made between 9am and 5pm  (Mon - Fri)(Please send us email  with order number to arrange buisness delivery before 5PM) . Orders placed after 12 PM will be delivered next day. 

Please note, we are unable to guarantee delivery at specific hours of the day. Remember, if you have any questions do not hesitate to email us info@nazflowersandgifts.com.au


SAME DAY SHIPPING - MELBOURNE REGION

For Limited time NAZ Flowers and Gifts is offering FREE Shipping for orders placed within 20KM from Melbourne CBD. (Until Dec 2021)

Within 20 KM from Melbourne CBD - $9.95

20KM - $30KM - $14.95

30KM - $40KM - $19.95

Our drivers will ensure to deliver your orders placed before noon (AEST) by 7 pm on the same day. Should you have any concerns or queries, you can reach the customer service team to track your delivery information.


Public Holiday Deliveries

Naz Flowers and Gifts will not be available on any public holidays. (Except for Mother’s day) we’ll make a special delivery for the recipient. If you select public holiday delivery, we’ll get your order delivered on the next working day.  If you want the delivery on any public holiday, please talk to our customer service team or sales team before placing the order and check whether it is possible.

Note: For any special occasions or address redirection, additional delivery charges may apply.(Charges vary based on Courier company)


Delivery to Hotels:

Please provide Hotel name, Room name or number and the full street address of Hotel. Please specify whether the recipient is a guest or staff member.

If the reception / concierge is refusing to accept the flowers on behalf of the recipient our drivers and NAZ Flowers is not responsible.

Delivery to Hospitals/ Nursing Homes / Rehabilation Centres:

Please provide recipient's Full name, Ward name or number, Hospital name and address, Whether the recipient is a patient/resident or part of the staff

Before placing order please check with the hospital reception whether they accept flowers or not. Couriers can only deliver to the front reception desk. This leaves the responsibility of the hospital staff delivering the item to the Recipient, which is beyond our control.

If the reception / concierge is refusing to accept the flowers on behalf of the recipient our drivers and NAZ Flowers is not responsible.

Special Delivery Requests

If there is a special occasion and you need a flower delivery at a destined time, you can ask for a special delivery time request with our sales team on info@nazflowersandgifts.com.au . If the time slot you choose is feasible with our delivery time, we can process your delivery request without delay.  We hope to meet all your delivery requests with love and care. 

For a special funeral lower delivery request, we suggest you mail us or talk to our sales team 

Special Day (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Easter, Anzac Day, Christmas) Delivery:

Keep in mind that for the special day delivery we cannot offer time guarantee. Redeliveries on the Special Day is also not possible. Please make sure you provide correct address.

During Delivery:

We hold no liability for the flowers once delivered. In the rare event that there has been an issue with delivering your order and we have been unable to reach you first, we reserve the right to call the recipient unless you have instructed otherwise. At all times your details will be kept confidential.

If a security person or concierge is obligated to receive the flowers on the recipients behalf, we cannot accept responsibility for the flowers from this point on.

If the reception / concierge is refusing to accept the flowers on behalf of the recipient our drivers and NAZ Flowers is not responsible.

***Redelivery will only takes place with a redelivery fee mainly considering the drivers acceptance of redelivery, time, place of redelivery. If the driver refuses to redeliver (We use THIRD PARTY Drivers) NAZ Flowers and gifts is not responsible. No Refund Provided. 

Incorrect Address / Incorrect Name / Incorrect Delivery Instruction

NAZ Flowers and Gifts will not be responsible for failed delivery that occurs due to incorrect address (including Unit numbers) , Incorrect numbers and name. We use third party delivery drivers who delivers the flowers on the given address following any delivery instruction given. If you require redelivery, will need to charge 50% of the original order cost plus the re-delivery fee. 

***Redelivery will only takes place with a redelivery fee mainly considering the drivers acceptance of redelivery, time, place of redelivery. If the driver refuses to redeliver  (We use THIRD PARTY Drivers) NAZ Flowers and gifts is not responsible. No Refund Provided. 

Non Deliveries:

NAZ Flowers and Gifts do not guarantee the delivery of any product if one of the following occurs:

*Recipient refuses to accept delivery of the gift.

*Address provided is incorrect.

*Occupants are not at the location

*Recipient left the Hotel / Hospital


If one of these instances occurs, we may judge that the delivery has been made. No Redelivery. No Refund Provided.
