Vibrant Blooms Boxed Flower Arrangement

While the flowers I'd ordered were lovely, I'd requested 2 balloons (Boy & Girl) to celebrate the arrival of new baby twins. As the balloons weren't an option I could select online, I placed the order over the phone and was advised that the balloons could be added to the order. Unfortunately they weren't and the flowers arrived without them which was disappointing.

I gave Naz Flowers Incorrect address for delivery and the courier wanted to charge an extra $40.90 to move it one street away. Naz Flowers went out of their way to correct this and reduce it to $5.00and to top it all the flowers were very Fresh and Beutiful.

Great surprise, beautiful arrangement, local delivery had within 2 hours of order.
