NOTE: When it comes to assessing the product quality, Naz Flowers and Gifts also reserves the right to request photos or images of the original flowers from the customer (sent by text or email) within three days of the delivery date. In the event of any complaints or dissatisfied customer, the image proof you send us will help us sort the issue as soon as possible. Also, we will share these images to the growers/suppliers team and ask them to provide the product quality that we want.
