I have sent an email, with photo outling my concerns, no reply.
Flowers were damaged, old, did not represent your web site photo at all
Could have bought better from ALDI or a Servo.
They did arrive on set day, but message sender name was incorrect
I was embarrassed and am very concerned that my feedback has been ignored
Won't recommend or use again

Thank you for delivering flowers to my daughter, she absolutely loved the arrangement that you put together

The flowes were beautiful and the delivery was good with no issues. It was a shame that the there was some spelling error on th card and you tried to correct it but it made the card look messy. Next time could a new card be used. Overall was happy.
